Please select the left icon (red) if you are a Registered User and use the right icon (white) if you are a Portal User.

Who should use this link? Registered users (DSOs, Departmental Administrators etc) should always access the main online reporting system by clicking on the icon above.	Who should use this link? All unregistered University personnel who wish to report an incident, however major or minor, should do so using the portal. This can be accessed by clicking on the icon above.
