Safety Management Hub roll out update

You’ve been making great progress with your Hazard and Risk Registers and have started sharing some interesting feedback.

Over 30 departments have completed their first iteration of the register. This is fantastic progress. We’d like to thank Schools of Physical Sciences and of Technology for impressive pace with just 2 departments remaining between them.

You’ve shared that you are discovering hazardous activities in your departments and that many of you are making plans to take the risk profile to safety committees and management meetings to help set your safety priorities for the year ahead.

We continue to work with departments at all stages of the journey and welcome the School of Arts and Humanities and Non-School Institutions to join us in the coming months.

We’re excited to soon help more of you bring this information into your safety discussion and start bringing together some of you to compare parts of your profile and explore similarities, risk values and risk appetite.
